Thank you for your interest in our Adaptive Waterski Program opportunities. On our website you should find everything you need to REGISTER and prepare for our program events. Along the way if you have questions you can always email Yan Martin (yan@sportsadaptes.ca) or call us at 450-243-5985.

As a participant or volunteer with the Adaptive Sports Foundation, you will have the opportunity to interact with people of all abilities and take advantage of the many activities we offer.
The Adaptive Sports Foundation (ASF) will provide two options for participants this summer: “Initiation to Adaptive Waterskiing” and “Adaptive Waterskiing Development Clinics*”.
These programs will allow athletes of all levels to participate and have fun.

Semi-private and private lessons are available upon request, please contact yan@sportsadaptes.ca or 450-243-5985 for details.
*PLEASE NOTE: the Adaptive Waterskiing Development Clinics are by invitation only.
For more information please visit our
“Adaptive Waterskiing Development Clinics” page

The ASF wants to offer the opportunity to try adaptive waterskiing to more participants and with its “Mobile Unit”, we'll be able to reach more people with physical disabilities in many regions of the province.

In addition to our mobile activities, we will offer 3 "open" days.

  • Camping Domaines des Érables – located in the Town of Brome Lake (August 3 and 17)
  • Parc du Centre-de-Plein-Air-Ronald-Beauregard – located in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu (July 18)

Please note that these activities will take place from 9:00 to 3:30
The registration fee is $50

Early registration is strongly recommended as there is limited space per program date. Participants must register online. Registration will be on the basis of 1st come, 1st served.  IMPORTANT NOTE:  online registration does not guarantee a place in the program.  Registration for each activity date must be approved based on the number of volunteers available for that date.  Participants will receive an email from the ASF office confirming their participation date(s).  The payment is required as soon as you receive confirmation of your participation.

Cancellations:  If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled event we require that you give at least 24 hours notice. Waterskiing instruction is in high demand and your early cancellation will give another person an opportunity to learn to ski and advance in the sport. Please understand that if you do not give us 24 hours notice of your cancellation, your registration fee will not be refunded and you will be moved to waiting list status for the remainder of the summer.

For safety and insurance purposes, it is important that anyone actively involved with an event must be a registered volunteer or a registered participant. Guests and family members who do not meet the requirement of a volunteer or participant cannot use ASF equipment or be physically involved with the adaptive sports activities.  If you would like further information on our volunteer criteria, expectations, and policies please visit: Questions & answers.
To register as a volunteer please visit: Volunteer Registration.
